Our Mobility Class is 1 hour in length - $5 for the hour (cash highly preferred and requested).
Our goal is to
1) to work on any areas of soreness the athletes have- (ie) if you are really sore in certain areas- work on ways to mash up those muscles and not feel as tight/sore

2) work on mobility drills to improve:
a) Over head position
b) Squat position
b) Squat position
c) Ankle flexibility
